Dr. Carol Michele Storey, MD

Dr. Storey is an excellent, compassionate, & personable doctor who monitored both of my babies with special gestational issues, including a lobed placenta. I recommend her 100%!

I have been a patient of Dr. Storey's for about 25 yrs. If I didn't think she was great I would not have returned year after year. I find her easy to talk to and willing to take the time to discuss my concerns.

It doesn't matter what time you call, you can never speak with anyone. You are always prompted to leave a message so that someone can return your call. This goes for appointments, lab results, etc. The office could do a better job of communicating with their patients. I will be searching for another doctor.

While Dr Storey and her nurse were both quite pleasant, the amount of time I had to wait before seeing Dr Storey and the number of times I had to call before I got a real person on the phone are simply unacceptable. My appointment was at 10 AM and I left their office at 12 PM. I waited in the waiting room for an hour before I was finally taken back to a patient room. Once in the room, I was with a nurse for about 10 minutes as they entered my information into their computers (information I provided on forms I had completed before I arrived at the office), and took my vitals. I then waited another 30 minutes before Dr Storey came into the room. I am now trying to get my test and lab results, but am only ever met with voicemail machines. I would never recommend this medical office to anyone as it is clear they have zero ability to manage their time and certainly do not care about the time of others.

I have been a patient of Dr Storey's for 15 yrs and I find her to be the best OB/GYN dr I have ever used. I find her to be very open and willing to address your questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed. I have had to wait for my appt but it was explaned to me when I arrived that she was called into surgery for an emergency and was running about 20 minutes behind - and I am OK with that. If it was my emergency I would want her downstairs! It was well worth the 30 minute wait to see her. I have other friends that see her too. They are also multi year patients.

I would never criticize her expertise, but I do think that she needs to be a little more friendly at times. I think her job has become so routine, that she often forgets that her patients are actual people with feelings. I miss my old doctor and am looking for someone new.

Dr. Storey delivered my first baby and is now my obgyn for my second. I trust her very much and would recommend her to anybody!
