I have been going to Dr. Zoret for years. I don’t even know if she still takes new patients but if you are looking for a doctor who spends a long time with you, gets to know you personally and asks and answers a lot of questions, then she is the doctor for you!

Terrible customer service. The phone call from the admin was extremely rude and did not warrant rescheduling a new patient. The fact that I am paying for the service, and I was disrespected as a customer is beyond me. Learn how to speak with prospective customers. Unfortunately the terrible front desk service outweighed being able to meet with Dr. Zoret, so I can not speak to her bedside manner personally. Negative Comments: I understand the doctor's time is valuable, but as a paying customer I expect to be talked to in a respectful tone. I will not recommend new patients to this business based on my experience with the front office. I will be promoting and taking my $$ elsewhere. Improve front desk customer service. â?¢ General Comments: Coming into the office on a friday, none of the admin were wearing shoes... and they made comments about it while the Doctor was out taking her daughter back to college. SO unprofessional.

Dr Zoret is kind, patient and understanding. She is has a down-to-Earth personality and can relate to her patients. She's smart with a heavy dose of common sense. Love her and her staff! All very friendly and thoughtful.

I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Zoret. I felt that I could discuss all of my issues with her. She listened and communicated...she took a lot of time with me and I did not feel like a number. She gave me great medical advice. I feel like if I have an emergency I can call and they will see me. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

i was referred to Dr Zoret by a doctor friend of mine years ago. Since then, I have given her name many times and have never heard any dissatisfaction. She is very smart, nice and understanding. She treats her patients like she would her family.
