I am beyond happy with Dr. Caroline Chang. She was so caring and took ample time with me about my concerns and addressed every point during my visit. She talked about the best treatment plan for me and explained why it would be best to do certain things over others. She really customized the plan of care to my needs specifically. She wrapped up the visit making sure I was happy and my questions and concerns were addressed. Can’t wait to see her again!

Saw Dr. Chang in her new office and had a wonderful experience. Booking an appointment online was super easy and then once I got to the office I waited less than a minute before I was seen! Dr Chang spent a lot of time explaining my condition so that I finally understood why the treatment was not working. I’ve been to a bunch of doctors and no one explained as much as she did so I could understand my condition. The office is clean and beautiful too! Highly recommend if you want easy booking, no wait time and more time with the doctor.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Caroline Chang. She was mean, rude, did not answer any of my questions. I will never visit her again.
