I am Master's level clinician, licensed in Colorado with close to a decade of experience working with a variety of individuals in multiple settings. I have experience working with clients with trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting issues, PTSD, ADHD, and anger management. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I believe in helping people develop their inherent strengths, while also providing tools and strategies to help them reach their goals. I have been trained in EMDR, CBT, Trauma Focused-CBT, DBT, family interventions, TBRI, and many other modalities to be able to work with a variety of individuals. I believe in creating a unique treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and will help work on those barriers keeping you from reaching your full potential.
