Summary
I began my career by working in general and forensic psychiatry in three different Canadian provinces. Afterwards, I was an attending psychiatrist at San Francisco General Hospital in various units (emergency, jail, day program). I believe in a global approach such as the one used at the Eating Disorders Institute and encourage patients- responsibility over their care. I am more or less and interventionist depending on the individual-s needs. I also like to link current issues to past or give some behavioral tools. I am trying to achieve a balance between job, family and personal growth. I also enjoy literature, traveling and jogging.
