My teenage daughter was seeing her for anxiety and other issues. First, when Caroline administered a 4 hour test to her, which is supposed to help allow additional time for an SAT and is recognized by all schools and colleges, she did not put a diagnosis down on the form, so the schools figured there was nothing wrong with her. And was denied any additional time. Then...my daughter had spinal surgery a month ago, my daughter sent her emails and texts in the weeks before the surgery, because she was understandably very nervous about it and wanted to talk to her. To this day, she has not responded to any of them. What kind of child therapist does this? Apparently a very bad one. If your child needs a therapist, go to someone else. There were also several times where she did not show up to appointments. No phone call, no text. Going to these appointments was not around the corner. It was easily a 30-40 minute drive one way. I understand that life happens to everyone, but with cell phones,… there is no excuse not to sent at least a text. She does not care about her patients.
