Dr. Caroline Jane Leclair, DO

Dr. LeClair is no longer my doctor because she no longer practices medicine Family Medicine in Aurora, Colorado. BUT, I wish she could return. She was my primary care physician for several years. I give her an overall 5+ rating. I miss her.

I was very dissatisfied with my interaction. No followup and did not seem to be interested.

I have very long waits in the exam room. The doctor and substitues have must not read the chart, they speak of mistaken diagnosis's. Incorrect diagnosis. Very expensive. Have no time to talk with me about medical issues. Treat symptoms, not causes.

Terrible service. Had to wait TWO weeks for an appointment when ill. Then they made me wait for 1 hour in the waiting room until I had to get the practice manager. I've now been waiting 1.5 weeks for a response to labs. After all of this, and filing complaints, the practice manager promised me a call this morning. I haven't received one. I would NOT trust my health to a practitioner/clinic that has this little regard for their patients and that provide such dismal service and communication.
