Very professional. .and meticulous in patient care. Talk so politely

I have been Dr Mboguas patient for 5 years and I am very happy of the change she has made with her office staff this pass year. The new staff is more careing and courteous. I am very happy to have Dr. Mbogua as my doctor she is wonderful. Dr. Mbogua spends plenty of time with me to make sure I understand any changes on my medications. I love my doctor.

my visit with her was wonderful. I noticed all the bad reviews on the staff, but with me, it was very pleasant. the gentleman at the window was very friendly i believe his name was daniel. i asked how long this staff had been with the dr and was informed that all the old staff was replaced. I met the office manager, Juanita and she informed me that all her staff there came from another site and were working hard at showing patients that they really do care about their treatment and their comfort. i told her i was leary about coming to this office bc of the reviews on the staff and she assured me that that would not be a problem any longer. she introduced me to the staff and everyone was so nice and cheey. Dr. Mboguas bedside manner was awesome, she answered every question i had. Even though my wait was a little longer than i expected.. my experience makes me keep this office as my doctors office.

Staff that answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful trying to get make me an appointment. She me feel as though I was interrupting her day. Felt as though I had called a government office by mistake. Never got to meet the doctor since the receptionist was so rude, but hear she's is good.

I love this physician for my kids, but her office is all out unprofessional. They have no courtesy about themselves. I have been in their positions for 16 years and have never treated patients the way they do. They are very forgetful. I called the office to see about my kids appointment was put on hold for literally 30min and when the person got back to the phone they asked again how can I help you; I stated that I would like to make an appointment my kids, "hold on", another 30 min on hold, never once thank you for holding or nothing, "what your kids name","have they been here before". Ignored the unprofessionalism and went on to make the appointment, because I and my kids love Dr Mbogua; she's a caring lady and really loves what she does. If she could get her a office manager to straighten her offices up she would probably have and a staff that meets her personality as well as her professionalism.

In the past I have had problems with rude staff. Recently I encountered Lisa. Excellent customer service skills. I hope she keeps Lisa.

Dr. Mbogua has been my son's physician since they were young children. Our oldest son is now 28 yrs old and several years ago when he became deathly ill Dr. Mbogua professional decisions was instrumental in saving his life. She is a very caring physician who very knowledgeable, calm and very soft spoken. Young children love and the seniors adore her. I have recommended her too many friends and family.
