Dr. Caroline C Pieszak, MD

It seems the average wait times are about 2 hours. I once had a huge project due at work and an appointment at the same time. I worked ten minutes away, so I stayed in contact with the receptionist on when I could come in. I raced in once the doctor was available, and was yelled at by the doctor in the waiting room for delaying her. I ended up walking out and haven't been back. There is a level of dysfunction that is disappointing, because her bedside manner was wonderful until that point.

I’ve been to a VIP/MD Dr before. My previous Dr was very good ! But Dr Pieszak surpasses all expectations . She is so proactive as a Dr for her patients. I’ve referred a few friends to her. They are as pleased as I am. She hears what you say. If she believes you need a specialist she makes sure you get to one she would go to herself. She’s available 24/7! She cares beyond what we as normal persons expect !

I was referred to Dr. Pieszak by a friend whom has been a patient for 18+ years. This referral was truly the best thing that has happened to our entire family. If needed she does house calls which on weekends even. She is really available 24/7. From the simplest cold to getting us into a specialist very fast which takes two to three weeks if you don't have someone like her. I honestly don't understand the one or two stars here. One thing she doesn't do is hand out Opioids randomly, which no Dr should do. Maybe these not so good reviews are by persons whom were disappointed in a way that one can only imagine. I have referred maybe 5 patients/families/friends (about 15-18 persons total) to her and all of us only are so very grateful for her knowledge and response. If you wait while in her office you have to know you will get as much attention as the person in front of you. Or there maybe be no one in front of you. Another thing is that if your sick with something as simple as a… sinus infection or more you can usually get in that day when you need it not two or three days later. Before Dr. Pieszak, we had a MDVIP Dr that was really a wonderful Dr and experience. But Dr. Pieszak's Concierge service is far beyond the MDVIP service. We have been with Dr Pieszak for 2 plus years.

I love Dr. P! She is beyond thorough and loyal. She is brilliant and very smart!

Very thorough and speeds a lot of time with her patients

When I first became a patient of Dr. Pieszak, I really appreciated her attentiveness and desire to make sure everything possible was tested. I didn't mind the hour wait times, because I knew she was listening to her patients. Eventually though, having to come in (and pay for) a blood pressure check, blood test results, and several billing errors just became too much. The last time I saw her, I didn't even get a 'hello' as she walked in the room. She launched right into a tirade about how I wasn't leaving her office without paying. Given that I had just FINALLY resolved a 6 month billing dispute over her charging me twice for something I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place, I was done.

Dr. Pieszak is a great doctor. Probably as good as they come. The wait times at her office may sometimes be long but that is because she really spends time with her patient and explains everything very well. She also takes the time to get to know her patients. Her staff is really friendly and nice. She brings her registered and trained therapy dogs to work with her and it creates a very friendly and relaxed enviroment. I have been a patient with Dr. Pieszak for quite a few years now and I feel that I can really trust her with my health. Don't listen to any of the other negative comments. They have got it all wrong. If you want your health to be treated seriously and kindly go make an appointment with Dr. Pieszak. She may just save your life.

Dr. Pieszak is the best doctor I've ever come across! And let me tell you, I've seen a lot of doctors for years! She's sweet, truly cares and takes time with her patients. My daughter had been sick with symptoms and no doctor, but her, could figure it out! Does she run a lot of tests, sure, but that is what helped figured out my daughter's diagnosis. I don't know what I would do without her. Her expertise is incredible and has connected us with amazing doctors like her. My child has 2 serious health conditions and if it weren't for Dr. P I know for a fact that my child could have had major damage to her body if she didn't catch it in time which she did. I feel like a VIP with her and all of the doctors she refers us to. These negative reviews are absurd and wrong. I can't say enough good things about her. My family owes her so much!

Dr Pieszsk is an amazing doctor She is kind and caring to her patience . It is a pleasure to c her and I'm so glad she is my doctor .
