If you want a doctor that is easy to complain about this is the one. Urologists typically use scientific evidence to determine the size of kidney stones and whether or not surgery has had the desired result. Do not expect her to do this.

This doctor is very dismissive and not interested in my medical background as it relates to a health care plan. She left the room before I could even ask questions. This has lead to many days of needless pain, anxiety, and needless ER visits. We will not be going back and we encourage others to stay away!

Despite a recurring and troubling recurring issue, recent evidence of a cyst seen from a sonogram she ordered, and very recent labwork, showing evidence of a recurring UTI that has previously sent us to ER, a hospital stay, and rehabilitation, on multiple occasions before, rather than seriously display concern for the seriousness of the UTI, she insisted on ordering another lab, suggesting there was no UTI, scheduling yet another appointment, and essentially delaying any chance of an updated and relevant treatment plan for another month. Not sure about you, but pretty sure we will not be seeing her again.

I have always been treated courteously by both the doctor and the staff. My needs with the doctor were well addresed. However, on multiple occasions I (and the pharmacy) have had to call the doctor's office directly and repeatedly to remind them to write my Rx scrip and send to Pharmac.y :-(
