Dr. Wallner is A1. Knowledgeable & caring. Informed me w options and gave recommendation for best results. Had a TURP, it was successful & went smoothly. From the first visit to post op, Dr. & her entire staff top notch. Went through 3 urologist before being referred. Extremely grateful and relieved.

Dr. Wallner was thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with her.

The office consultation lasted 30+min, was charged for 1 hour in the amount of $945.

Very knowledgeable and skilled in her specialty. Dr. Wallner is excellent - she spent the time to do a thorough examination and follow up blood work, helping to get to solve a problem that other doctors had overlooked. She receives my highest recommendation. We need more doctors like her.

I visited Dr. Wallner one time and learned more about my condition and what to do about it in that one session than I did seeing another doctor for a year and a half. She took the time to explain everything and even drew diagrams so I could understand. The surgery went well and NO PAIN! So far so good on recovery!

I scheduled a routine visit with Dr. Caroline Lee Wallner but I was billed $600+ for a consultation that I never asked for. Dr. Caroline Lee Wallner talked to me for less than 30 minutes but billed the insurance company for a 60-minute consultation. It is important to note that Dr. Caroline Wallner never contacted me with the results of my urine test or provided any treatment for my issue but yet, I was billed for $600+. I filed a complaint with UCLA but Dr. Wallner claims that on my first & only visit, she prescribed a serious medication for my urinary condition but if that is true, she did so with no diagnostics, no procedure to confirm the analysis or no prior medical records. In addition, after my initial appointment with Dr. Wallner, I was never provided a follow up appointment or contacted for a follow up appointment but now, UCLA is claiming that as a new patient, I was prescribed a serious medication on my first visit with no diagnostics but I was told to follow up in 6 weeks.… The medication in question has all kinds of side effects so asking a patient to follow up in 6 weeks is negligent.

Dr. Wallner is great - she is very knowledgable, on time, and a great communicator. She will thoroughly and clearly expalin your circumstances to you, and explain your options. You couldn't hope for more in a doctor.
