Dr. Caroline Kun Yoon, MD

I recently had a procedure performed by Dr. Yoon. She is a highly skilled surgeon and did a great job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend!

Dr. Berman had been my doctor for years. Dr. Yoon was a delight to meet. Earlier this year I had been tested for allergies and forgot that ragweed was the biggie and began mid September. She prescribed meds which helped. The 1st of Oct. my right ear was stopped up and after 3 wks. I decided to call and got in immediately. I had a lot of fluid in R ear. I chose to immediately go to Regional Hospital the next day and had a tube placed in R ear. That afternoon I began to hear crackling in the ear, THANK GOODNESS. I will return in 2 wks. for check up. I was so pleased that Dr. Yoon does not believe in passing out antibiotics.

She is very knowledge and professional. Is up to date on the latest practices and treatments.

Delayed in responding to results of scan. Called and hung up on me. Office said I hung up on them. My optimistic side says the phone dropped. My pessimistic side said the call came in at 5:30 pm and they didn't want to talk. Never called back or followed up with a letter, email, or portal message. Kimberly yelled at me when I asked my results be read to me after 4 weeks of waiting.

Dr Yoon is fantastic. Explains everything to you so you can understand. Diagnosis was straight on and took care of the problem immediately.

I gave this office 5 stars for all. When making an appointment the receptionist actually cares that you are sick. Dr Yoon is one of the kind and intelligent Doctors I ever seen.

I was having problems being dizzy....family doctor was giving me all sorts of pills....went to Dr Yoon and she had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes.....no pills ......she flushed my ears and that was the problem....no other doctor could find the reason.

My son got ear tubes and she is super personable and discusses whatever you want to discuss. She takes the time to talk to you and she is super nice. Best doctor yet. :-)

Very concerned doctor about your health and feelings. I felt very at ease with her. She will listen to you and I found it very easy talking to her. I would recomment her to my family and friends.
