Dr. Carolyn Thornton Davis, MD

Dr. Davis grew up in the small north-central town of Concordia, KS. She attended Kansas State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Her medical training began at the University Of Kansas School of Medicine and she completed a residency in pediatrics at The Children's Mercy Hospital, here in Kansas City. While at Children's Mercy she was honored with the Clark W. Seeley Award for Excellence in Primary Care. After completing her training , Dr Davis joined Pediatric Care Specialists in 1989 and is proud to have been with the same practice the entire time. Dr. Davis is married to Rob Davis and they have 2 teenage boys, Tyler and Jared. When not at work, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found wakeboarding with her boys. She also enjoys SCUBA diving and anything involving the beach and warm water.
