Dr. Carolyn A Morales, MD

She is the best! She shouldn’t have a 3.9 rating. Trust me. You’ll love her! She is so nice, relatable and super loving. I would recommend her to anyone.

I found Dr. Morales to be personable, kind, a doctor who listened to what I had to say and seemed genuinely interested. She answered all my questions and I was never made to feel that I needed to hurry. A+ visit.

I've been a patient of Dr.Morales for over 5 years. Before that it was quite a journey finding a great Ob Gyn. I really wasn't happy with anyone before and always felt like a number. Finding Dr. Morales was a blessing for me. She delivered my son and it was a seamless birth. I also go to her for my annual check ups or anything that may come up in between. Always the same level of professionalism and bedside manner. She never makes you feel rushed no matter how busy she is and is beyond knowledgeable. Dr.Morales is the type of Doctor you would expect to see on an exclusive tv show or news segment. I just can't say enough wonderful things about her. Also during your visit she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease which is priceless!

Dr. Morales was the on-call doctor on the day of my delivery and performed my C-section - she was very professional and had great bedside manner. The C-section went well and my incision healed nicely - all of which I attribute to Dr. Morales! My postpartum visits were also with Dr. Morales, and each time I felt that she took the time to discuss any concerns or questions I had, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend the practice, although at times the doctors may run behind schedule and the wait times may be 10-15 minutes past your appointment time. Regardless, I will continue to see the doctors in this practice for all my OB/GYN medical needs!

The wait is too long to see Doctor Morales.

Dr. Morales has very warm bedside manners. She is knowledgeable, patient and courteous.

I like Dr. Morales, but the wait is just UNFAIRLY to patients, we have to wait 2 hrs or even more to see her. The staff need to be trained properly or how to schedule appointments. If you have a busy schedule look for another physician.

so i have to say i do love my doc Dr.Morales BUT i have to agree with some of u the wait in this office is unbelievable. i had an appt for 10am sono 1st then see the dr after. didnt leave the office till 12:30! i work at a dr office so i do understand that doc do run behind but at least apologize for the wait thats do only bad thing i can say about her that she doesnt apologize for the wait but beside that she is a great doctor

This is our first child and we are both worry-warts. On our first appointment, we received less than friendly welcomes from the front desk person. After waiting for 40 minutes my husband asked what the hold up was, we were told it was a busy day and the doctor was behind. After being called back, I was weighted and sent to another part of the practice. When I scheduled the appointment, they never scheduled my sonogram so we had to wait until we could be "fit-in", aka another 45 minute wait. After that, we went to a third waiting area and sat for almost an hour. I had faxed all my medical history to the office a week before and followed up via phone to make sure they received it. Once we were in with the doctor I was informed that they never received it and I couldn't be physically examined because of that. (It has been three months, and they still don't have it despite me faxing it again and signing a release to contact my old provider directly.) The doctor is very kind but… rushes the appointment. The nurse and the front desk staff are less than kind, and honestly down right rude. After three visits I'm considering changing OBs as I want a good experience with delivering my first child.

Doc Morales was pleasant and had a spectacular bedside manner. You don't always find that in doctors. It's nice to have that when someone is peering quizzically down your nether-region. She is not one of those doctors that is not hesitant to prescribe necessary medication when you need it. Having said that, i am sure you are wondering, why the 2 1/2 stars then? Well, Docky C. M is not for me. If you are the type of patient that knows exactly what you want, when you want it and how you want it done, you will love her. On the other hand, If you are the type of patient that expects your doctor to be forthcoming with feedback and/or advice before you ask for it, unfortunately, i will not recommend her for that. I found that she was very reactive which I will say again may be what a lot of patients want. I would have preferred to have a doc provide me with suggestions that would benefit me or at least make me feel comfortably optimistic about the new human growing inside me. I… went there when I was 5+ weeks pregnant and the doctor told me to come back in three weeks by then she could determine if the pregnancy was viable. Huh? Now, why would you go and say that to a gal who really wanted to be a mum? Granted, i was not feeling so well, but hey, i've never been pregnant before and my body was asking what on earth was going on in the Womb. In any case, the fact i informed her that i really wanted the baby should have been a clue for her to provide me with doctorly advice on how I could pacify the body and help the baby stay. Anyway, long story short, i lost the baby. In retrospect, I remember I had to even ask for birth control pills. It was also sad that she did not perform the D&C for me she was too busy and had someone else do it for me. The wait times proved to be a ridiculous nightmare. The one time that stands out is when I was there one day for almost two hours and resorted to pacing. i got there for a 9:15am appointment at 9:00am and left the office at 11:30. The doctor saw me for all of 3 minutes. Conclusion - different doctors have different styles of dealing with patients and while she is sweet, i am looking for a doctor that would be a little more personal. I found that in my Primary care physician (so i know that that exists). She is such a delight so the search is on again for an OBGYN! i have started looking now because i really need a doctor who will be with me the whole way and not let me feel like i have just been through a processing line.
