I was seeing Dr Nelson for a large heel spur and my big toe on the same foot has joint pain and narrowing. After 3 months of cortisone injections he wanted to do one more round before we decided on surgery. However, I was going to be gone for 2 years and wouldnt be able to get it done on his time schedule. So we scheduled it for the following week with his partner Dr Carrie Hess. Upon asking the front desk staff for a dr note for this surgery for my attorney Dr Hess CANCELED MY SURGERY WITH NO EXPLAINATIONS. THAT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF SHE HATES HER JOB THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!!! SAID THEY WOULD REFER ME AND NEVER DID. SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF YOU DR HESS U SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF CALLING YOURSELF A DR. HMMM............MORE LIKE LOSER

Dr Carrie Hess refused to re schedule foot surgery for my wife, Harjit! Just because we missed one appointment, Dr Hess’s office did not accept or return a phone call for many weeks. Finally, we spoke to her office scheduler and we were told that Dr. Hess and Dr. Nelson decided Never to do a surgery! This is unconscionable in the medical field! I strongly recommend that one patient see Dr. Hess in the future!

Dr Carrie Hess examined my foot and scheduled surgery. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment. Dr Hess’s office ignored my phone calls for 3 weeks! Dr Hess refused to re-schedule a surgery for me, and I was dismissed from her practice! Refusal to treat me is heartless and unforgivable in the medical profession! I recommend no patients use Dr Hess in the future!

I don’t usually do online reviews often, but I felt compelled to due to my wonderful experience here. Carrie Hess is one of the most caring physicians I know. She is kind, thorough, knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend her to everyone. The office is nice, short wait times and pleasant office staff.

She is an excellent podiatrist, who saw me on short notice, treated my feet and solved the painful soles problem on first visit. Reassured me that I did not have any prediabetes, nor any edema problems, and gave me excellent advice on what to do in the future for healthy feet. Fast service at this office. Beautiful building, too.

I had a thorn in my small toe for six months and went to urgent care and two other doctors who told me it wasn't there. Dr. Hess numbed my toe and found it! It was almost an inch long! I felt instant relief and I can run again. Thank you!

I have never been to a podiatrist that has ever been so caring about their patients. Dr. Hess is the most caring and loving person I have ever seen. She was very helpful with my ingrown toe nail. She's very professional but at the same time gives her attention to her patients while they are in her care. I would recommend Dr. Hess at Nelson's Foot Clinic.

Where do I start? This Dr is AMAZING! So sweet and understanding. Made my whole around experience the very best! She explains everything to the very last detail and makes you feel comfortable. Will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family!

I have been bringing my mom in to see Dr. Carrie Hess for several years for diabetic foot care. She is always kind, compassionate, and efficient. Our waits tend to be short and she always has a smile on her face. The office staff is helpful and courteous.

I went to see Carrie Hess for pain in my feet that is beginning to impede on my everyday life. I have trouble with what I believe is Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma. They automatically did an x-ray (without even asking if I wanted one) then she walked in moments later and spent 5 minutes with me. She did not tell me what she believed the problem was (I had told her that another doctor several years earlier had treated me for plantar fasciitis) or the extent of it. She asked me a few questions, mocked the other doctors I had seen in the past and then dismissed me. I walked out of there having to pay hard earned money for the visit and for x-rays but not receiving any answers or any suggestions in return. That was probably one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever been to. If you choose to go there, I hope you have better luck than I did.
