Dr. Carrie Danielle Swartz, MD

I was told to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment because I was a new patient. Prior to my arrival I spent 45 minutes at home filling out all of their new patient paperwork. When I arrived 35 minutes before my appointment I checked in and sat in the lobby where I waited 20 minutes. I figured that was ok as I was early. I got called back and checked in with nurse. I was left to undress and wait for dr. After 45 minutes of sitting there naked with a drape, not a nice feeling, I got dressed and left. It's not like you can go out in your drape and ask what's taking so long. I asked them to not bill my insurance as I need to find another dr. They could've come in after 15 even 20 minutes to update me. I know it's a doctor's office and emergencies happen. Had I been told it would be a while I could've rescheduled. Very disappointed. I saw a similar review from someone else. I should've listened to it.

Dr. Swartz is incredibly patient, kind and thorough. She spent a lot of time talking with me about options prior to surgery, allowing me to ask questions, and never rushing me out of my appointments. Her staff is very personable, knowledgeable and quick to take care of issues. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes from the time I step in the door to when I see the doctor. She has been wonderful throughout my surgery, calling me personally afterward to follow up. A year after surgery, she still monitors my progress and knows the details of my situation. She's conscientious and a lovely person and a very well-red doctor, constantly learning new techniques and solutions. Her services are second to none.

My annual went smoothly, but when I was needing lab tests, diagnostic tests or medication everything was wrong. The lab form was not filled out with the correct labs needed, the medication that she prescribed never was called in correctly, and my Pap smear results were never given to me. My radiologist found the results for a procedure I was having for fibroids and found that the pap was inadequate. This being over a month after the pap was done. When I called to have the pap redone she refused to do it even thou she knew I had to have one before my procedure could go forward. Phone calls are never returned and her staff is clueless to what their job is and things dont get done for patients. Dr Swartz is a very unprofessional doctor and her staff is incompetent. I'm so thankful I didn't follow thru with surgery with her. I could of lost more than my uterus.

Her staff is friendly and doctor really listens. They provided the utmost customer service and wonderful character. I have already recommended them to other women. I am very satisfied with my visit and wish they were my family doctor as well.

First of all parking is horrendous! I had to wait an hour in the waiting room and once in the examining room I had to wait 35 minutes more. She came in briefly then left and returned 15 minutes later. She never followed up with a call or letter with my results. I had to call twice to finally get the results. I will never refer anyone to Dr. Swartz!!!!
