Dr. Gerard was friendly, professional and spent the time to answer all our questions about my DBS surgery. We had heard many positive comments from other medical professionals about his abilities and expertise.

His office failed to provide information about pre-surgery anesthesiologist appointment and other needed pre-surgery rules. As a result he cancelled surgery to relieve disabling pain. I suffered because he and his staff were inept. Toop bad there is not a zero star rating for someone so cruel and insensitive.
