We needed to see Dr. Richards because our neurologist was not available. I was impressed with his bedside manner with my teenage son. I feel very confident in referring people to this practice.

I appreciate Dr Richard’s kind manner, his brilliance and thoughtful Assistence . It is frightening to watch my baby boy struggle with neurological issues, seizures and hyperactivity. With Dr Richards help his seizures are subdued with a few months now seizure free. Dr Richards is: genuinely kind, knowledgeable attentive sweet with my son helping us get the right meds timely- we get quick responses and get in quickly when needed. Thank you Dr Richards and staff.

Dr. Richards has been very thorough in explaining my child’s condition and the next steps in care since our hospital stay. While in the hospital, he clearly explained why certain imaging was best postponed until my child was feeling better and helped us understand what to expect with the diagnosis, including the typical age children may outgrow it. Since discharge, he has been excellent during both follow-up visits. I always feel listened to, and he takes the time to ensure all of my questions are answered. Dr. Richards has also been mindful that episodes are often triggered when my child becomes upset, and he is always accommodating during exams to keep him calm and comfortable. My 3-year-old also attends the visits with my 18-month-old, and Dr. Richards makes both kids feel at ease — he’s wonderful with them.

Dr. Richards was amazing! My daughter has never had a male doctor, and she was a little nervous to see him. (This network of doctors came highly recommended from my daughter's pediatrician.) Soon after meeting Dr. Richards, she said she felt completely comfortable and he helped put her at ease. He and his nurse were awesome!

Dr. Richards is really nice and easy to talk to. During our visit my child was being difficult, and Dr. Richards was very understanding and patient. The staff is great as well. Everyone is really nice, and we were seen really fast (which is very helpful when you have a special needs child who hates going to the doctor). Overall very pleased with our visit.

Doctor Richards is a compassionate and caring doctor. He is thorough in his assessments & takes time to explain treatment plans. Though our son is special needs and has many challenges with language, Dr Richards is patient and takes his time to evaluate and assess him on our son’s terms. We feel we are in the best care and the best of hands with Dr. Richards! He is truly accommodating. The only thing I can say is that the new front office lady is not as friendly and understanding. When dealing with her, she is pretty much scripting which can be extremely frustrating as your questions are not truly answered.

First doctor who truly listened to our concerns and took our issues seriously. So thankful we found Dr Richards to help us with our daughters medical needs.

It is difficult to put into few words how amazing and supportive Dr. Richards and his office staff are. This office has been responsive to every single need of all of my children since day 1. Without his help and support, I am not sure how I would be able to be the great mom I am today. His ability to answer questions, reassure me as well as my children in the matters they are experiencing, provide medical advice and medical support it unparalleled. I cannot express enough how much I am truly thankful for having been connected to his office.
