Dr. Cary Austin - Sanders Hefty, MD

I have been a health care professional with experience in critical care setting and i know the details of the medical world. Dr. Hefty is such an amazing, kind, thoughtful, competent and compassionate doctor. I have been seeing her for more than 6 months, this has been the most crucial period of my life where i had been extremely sick and my symptoms were so weird that me and all my board certified doctors have been confused that what could be the cause. She dealt with this complicated situation with so much skill and intellect. She has just gone above and beyond to help. She has been so kind enough to understand how many other challenges I have in life and helped me navigate healthcare alongside those. Having an understanding of the medical world, insurance stuff and all the policies, I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Hefty. I would not change my doctor for anything.

I went to her for a health problem I have had treated in the past. After telling her what worked in the past, I asked for help. She refused to help me and the problem got much worse until I found a doctor who actually helped me. Even now I am living with her decision to not listen to what helped me before. I resent her for ignoring me.

Dr. Hefty is extremely personable, caring, and helpful. I'm so thankful to have been referred to her office!!!

Awesome doctor, totally knows his stuff. Couldn't have a nicer more sincere experience. And his sidekick Ben isn't too shabby either. We will miss you guys.
