Dr Wagner was great at putting my 15 year old at ease while he was in pain. Office staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable.

I had several procedures done with Dr. Wagner but was unhappy with the results of two of those procedures. He has a generally good chairside manner until you need further explanation of procedures or try to communicate concerns. He is not patient with anxious patients who prefer numbing for things like crown placements or question results of work done. I tried to be patient with the process and tried to address my concerns but in the end, left in search of a new dentist. He does have, however, an very nice group of front office staff and excellent hygenists that I would recommend highly.
