For so many years I thought the way I was breathing through my nose was normal not knowing that I was suffering from serve nasal congestion. My friend told me I should make an appointment to see her Allergist and I am beyond happy to final know that what I thought was normal was in fact the opposite. I had no idea that I have Allergies. I was able to book a same day appointment and get to the bottom of my nasal issue. Thank you Allergy and Asthma Care for your services. Definitely will recommend this practice!

Highly recommend!!! My daughter has been a patient of Dr Charlot since 2014. She has been there through her egg allergies and her anaphylactic reactions to shots. As for myself I recently became a patient after my life was turned upside down over new symptoms of vertigo and inability to breathe. I had an MRI and a CAT scan, was diagnosed with ear infection, TMJ, tooth infection which would have required me to have my jaw bone cut and have bone filler placed. This would have cost quite a lot as it was not covered by my insurance. Finally after getting a diagnosis of possible MS, I decided to reach out to Dr Charlot. She saw me on the same day I called her and finally diagnosed me with severe cat allergy. I have a cat at home for mamy years now but had never before had issues. With a few lifestyle changes she asked me to implement and my daily allergy drops. I was able to keep my fur baby and get my life back. No more symptoms. Highly recommend!!!!

She nearly saved my life by nailing the problem right away when my other allergist did not. Thank you thank you thank you. Her entire team is excellent.

Allergies got worse after a year of treatment, so I stopped on the advice of Dr. Charlot. Then, out of nowhere for hundreds of dollars and for appointments a year ago. I didn't keep receipts of copays that long, but tried to work it out. The doctor just sent it to a collection agency. Scheduling was always difficult, and they changed their policies about scheduling allergy shots every two months without notice.

My entire family is allergic to our dear cats Feebie and Chester, and Dr. Charlot was the one who broke the news to us. She was kind, never condescending and gave us some real great options so that we could keep the cat and still be healthy. We were sad to hear that the cats were causing our itchy skins and my son's cough but it was the way that Dr. C explained everything and made us all feel like it was going to be ok that made the difference. I left her office feeling wonderful, and so did my 6 year old son who gave her a big hug as we were leaving. When we were in the car on the way home, he says to me I like this doctor, she's nice , which was a surprise because he has never said this about any doctor, including Dr. Oppenheim his pediatrician, which we also like.

Very courteous. Answers all questions fully. Explains everything.

I have had bad infections for years. She was the first one to take the time out to run some tests to check my immune systems. Also was able to check out my daughter who has bad asthma. Really like the way she went above and beyond. The staff was great and they are just awesome with kids.

Billing practice in this office is abhorrent! Staff needs to be thorough in obtaining correct billing balance at time of visit or soon thereafter. Not give inaccurate copay amount and tell patient 11 months after visit demanding payment or risk being sent to collection agency. What was worse is that checks are not accepted only credit or money order! I will never go to this office or recommend this office to anyone.

I transferred my care to Dr Charlot after my daughter was wrongly diagnosed with all these food allergies by an allergist in Manhattan. Her diet was so restricted that she was loosing weight and feeling miserable. My husband and I were very distressed. Dr Charlot went over her medical records and took her time to explain all the results. She must have spent about 20 minutes just going over my daughter's records with my husband and I and explaining things as she went alone. Her style is very warm and kind. She tested my daughter and found out she was allergic only to ONE food, not SIX as the previous allergist had said. We immediately started my daughter back on a fuller diet and she has been doing very well and gaining weight. We only avoid the food which she had an allergic reaction to last year. My daughter is a happy child again. Dr Charlot has been a blessing and my family thanks her for the attention she gave us. Please research your doctors carefully to make sure you are bringing… your child to someone reputable! I think this doctor saved my child's life.

As a physician, I expect courtesy, professionalism, and good counseling from my doctors. I brought my son to see this doctor. Although we were her first appointment of the day, she kept me and my 2 year old waiting for over 1 hour. She didn't even acknowledge the time we spent waiting for her--nor did she apologize. She spent much time interviewing me on the issue at hand, then performed extensive, what I now have learned unnecessary, painful pinprick testing on my child. Following the results, she referred me to a website to get answers to my questions, rather than spend time helping me to make sense of the major impact my son's diagnosis has on his, and our, lives. I was left with numerous questions on how to deal with my son's potentially fatal food allergies, and was not given the kind of counsel and advice a physician should provide for their patients. I would not recommend this doctor, who, while professional and probably bright, does not impart the courtesy, empathy or… counsel a doctor should.
