Dr. Casey Scott Prough, MD

Have been a patient of Dr. Prough’s 8 years. An excellent physician w/excellent intuition.

Never got to see the Dr. Waited nearly two months for an appointment and the front office was unfamiliar with my insurance though in network. Asked 10+ times of two different people (including "manager") to call the toll free number for coverage explanation and they just argued. No apologies. Then the idiot dialed the number in front of me put on speaker phone and walked out of the room. I walked out of the office.

Dr Prough is an excellent doctor without a doubt. He immediately changed my meds to what I was needing, called me promptly with my lab results, changed a dose, and I'm feeling great after 16 days. His forte is education, and he explains things clearly. When I leave i leave feeling positive and upbeat. I believe dr prough has considerable more knowledge than many psychiatrists. It's a gift.

He listens, and doesn't jump to a biased presumption.

White Oak is a horrible joke but Dr. Prough is a great doctor worth visiting.
