Even though the wait time is long, it is totally worth it due to her dedication and her medical experience.

I had an appointment yesterday and Dr. called 5 hours later. She advised me to call my insurance to see what medications are covered under my insurance and to email her back. Once I did, her email was incomprehensible. She further directed me to call my insurance to get a prior-authorization and stated, "you're a smart girl and call in yourself" Terrible, unprofessional doctor.

This doctor is not thorough. She will give you pills that will have side effects and are contrary to treatment of other doctors. For example giving Baclofen to someone with kidney disease is very risky. - a patient got hallucinations as a result and was hospitalized for weeks, when Columbia doctors though she had dementia but realized it was a side effect of Baclofen. Avoid this doctor.

Pésimo trato. Te ponen una cita a las 9am y te dan las 3pm y no te llaman. La espera es malísima. Si usted no va a atender un paciente a una hora, no le haga perder el día.

Unfortunately I couldn't see the Doctor Balmaceda because her assistant at the phone was completely unprofessional. I called them to make an appointment and after 3 weeks waiting for it I called again to confirm that I will assist. The person at the phone told me that I didn't appear registered for an appointment so they will call back me again. Until that moment everything was acceptable, anyone can make a mistake but I waited a day and nothing happened so I call them again. The same person at the phone answered me that they had left me a voicemail but that wasn't true. I simple told her that I have no message on my phone and she just told me that she couldn't attend me anymore and hang up the call. After that, I tried several time (days) to call them and make an appointment. Every time the took the call, they leave me waiting with no answer. I can't describe how upset I feel because this person can't understand that I 'm calling because I really need to see the Doctor for health… issues. This really seems unreal for me. Of course, no concerns about the doctor because I couldn't see her. Finally, I had to call another doctor after a month waiting.

She has to many apptmt 's for the same time and I have to stay the entire day waiting to see the dr. Its ridiculous.

I was sent to Dr. Balmaceda for a second opinion. As a new patient I was surprised at how much time she spent with me. She was extremely thorough and attentive. The waiting time was longer than I expected but she certainly was worth waiting for. I would definitely recommend her to a family member or friend.

The Doctor arived 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. There were 6 patients before me. I had to reschedule. The Doctors next available appointment wasn't for 2 months.
