Dr Cassandra Treadway

Dr. Treadway is exceptional. Although she is very knowledgeable, you feel as though you're talking to a good friend when you see her. She explains every aspect of your condition and applicable testing or procedures. Both the office staff and medical staff are friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that she is so popular, it's very difficult to schedule an appointment unless you are willing to wait for several weeks...which also speaks to the fact that she is simply an exceptional physician.

Dr. Treadway is an awesome practitioner. Every visit is a smooth experience. The front office staff members are cordial friendly, and efficient. Dr. Treadway is personable and she has an excellent bedside manner. And in addition to this the office music is quite entertaining, it makes you hate to be called.

I have been going to Dr. Treadway for about 6 years and the quality of service of her office staff has gone down, especially since they've joined the Wellstar group. The dr. is more interested in getting you to take medicine, get the flu shot and the hep B shot that treating you for what you came in for in the first place. I had problems with my knee and she prescribed me ibuprofen and sent me for an xray. The office never called with my results and when I called the nurse told me the report said I had arthritis in the knee that I didn't have pain in. There was no other follow up or referral they could give me. I ultimately went to an orthopaedist on my own who was able to diagnose my problem. This Dr is good if you are relatively in good health and just need annual exams. Otherwise, they aren't good for much. I also agree with other reviewers that the office staff is extremely unprofessional! It's time for my annual exam and I'm looking for a new PCP.

Maybe it was an off day for her, but she kept me waiting an obscene amount of time in the exam room with no apology. I know I waited about five times longer in the exam room than the time my exam actually took. It's difficult to get an appointment when you are sick. The receptionists are not very professional. They need to go over to the Urgent Care across the street and observe how receptionists are suppose to treat patients. Maybe the are use to a certain class of people, but they are in the service industry. Not all patients are the same. There are some courteous people over in South Fulton and we deserve to to treated as such. This place will never ever get my business again. Do not patronize this place. Go to the Urgent Care across the street next to the Fed Ex. They are extremely professional, courteous , and efficient. I almost never write reviews, but this practice needs more practice before they see anymore patients.

Not a doctor to trust with your health or your money. Her nurse and front desk person are rude and she can be also. All she is interested in is your money.

Dr. Treadway is a very nice person, but was not able to advise me properly of my medical condition. I had to google my symptoms to find out what was causing my problem. Also, the office will try to charge a co-pay for visits that are covered 100% by insurance, such as physicals and pap smears. They will submit incorrect information to your insurance company to try to cover their illegal practices. Beware!!!

Dr. Treadway is one of the nicest doctors I know. She is extremely detailed and has helped me through some difficult health issues. She is compassionate and caring.

Are you SERIOUS? Dr Treadway isn't a good doctor. She has to be asked to run tests like a CBC. She wasn't concerned about my increasing blood pressure, and spent 2 minutes in my room, while acting like she didn't want to touch me. I value myself and knew i had to make a change, asap.

dr,treadway is very rude her front desk person was rude as well she acted as if she was doing me a favor...she was rushng i had to tell her what was wrong with me basically i diagnosed myself she acted as if she couldnt touch me her ma couldnt read my bloodpressure and they stuckme 5 times i have a bruised arm ...when i called to get my results b/c they didnt call they told me they couldnt locate them and the dr said for me to come bk in and do it again i will NEVER go bk there and ive told everyone i no no to
