Dr. Cassidy Figueredo

Cassidy Figueredo is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts. Cassidy has 7 years of clinical experience supporting adult individuals coping with a broad range of challenges, from everyday life stressors like relationship issues and stress management to acute and traumatic events like grief and loss. Although Cassidy works with a variety of clients, she specializes in supporting clients with women's health issues. This can range from perinatal mental health concerns like postpartum depression and anxiety to navigating boundaries or codependency in interpersonal situations. Cassidy earned two Master's degrees from Boston University in Social Work and Public Health. Guided by a strengths-based perspective, evidence-based practice, and a trauma-informed approach, she utilizes narrative, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support and empower clients through life’s obstacles.
