Dr. Arata: I just wanted to thank you for all your PROFESSIONAL work.  I urge you to read and not dismiss. My birthday is this Saturday which happens to coincide with my 9 to 5 visitation with my daughter.  I've asked my wife for just an hour or two more so my daughter and I can have a birthday dinner with me and her grandparents. You already know the outcome because of how inflexible my wife is. Unpleasant life on earth has already begun, like I told you in my interviews, and I just wanted to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart that my child will never be able to celebrate my birthday with me, ever.  We as a family always celebrate by going out to eat.  For 46 years. Also, I've been studying the Specialty Guidelines for Forensic Psychology.  Quite an interesting read.  I didn't have to get very far into it.  My personal favorite is section 1.02.  "Forensic practitioners seek to represent alternative perspectives, including data, studies, or even evidence on both sides of… the question, in an accurate, fair, and professional manner, and strive to weigh and present all views, facts, or opinions impartially." I told you I felt I was setup and it would be to my wife's benefit from a custodial standpoint.  And magically, that didn't make it in your report not a thing negative I told you about my wife.  Not even the video's of my wife beating and hitting me in the car that you claim I "made" you watch.  I can't make anybody do anything and you as a psychologist know that.   You did tell me that I didn't want my daughter because she wasn't planned and you apologized to me.  You also told me that you couldn't lie to me.  Then how do you explain, recanting the apology in your official report?  I call that a lie. I think you owe me a major apology for lying and being deceptive and you need to re-read the the guidelines as I will be reporting you to that state for failing to abide by the responsibilities bestowed to you. I have already forgiven you as hard as it was to do, and I urge you to reflect on your behavior so that you can ultimately forgive yourself.
