My experience with that doctor was very disappointing. I had bad injury at work. I felt that she ignored my current pain and kept saying chronic pain chronic pain chronic using unprofessional voice while poking her fingers in my back and my shoulder and she did not provide me with any idea of what might happen with my shoulder, elbow and my back and neck due to work injury. I broke down in the clinic and did not feel that she listened to me . Why should I go to a walk in clinic for a chronic pain? I went there for a recent work injury that limited my ability to move, sleep and work...

Very professional and thorough. Took plenty of time to explain my condition and treatment plan. I would love to have her as my PCP but she only works at the walk-in clinic.

Did not listen, interrupted answers to questions. Did not pay attention to answers to questions. Conflicting written directions. Assumed med seeking when it was a follow up visit.

Horrible experience .. condescending and smug. Told me it may be a rash when I am in agony with back and neck pain. I wonder if she would diagnose that if she was experiencing such pain

I saw Dr. Buettner for 4-5 years for chronic migraines. She was very easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and over time we established a routine for me to practice when a migraine began. Reduction each month in migraines decreased 75% at least. I was very blessed that she treated me. Her approach was perfect for me. We had a very compatible relationship while I was in her care.
