Dr. Chang is one of the most talented doctors you could ever meet as well as one of the kindest souls. In fact her entire staff makes you feel welcome and supported throughout the process. I have only the highest recommendations to share.

I cannot rave enough about my experience with Dr. Chang and her team. I had a lateral brow lift, blepharoplasty and CO2 laser last August, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I did this in my mid-fifties and can’t get over how refreshed and refined I look—without looking "done." Dr. Chang has an incredible eye and a truly thoughtful, personal approach that prioritizes one’s natural beauty. My results are subtle in exactly the right way, which was so important to me. Beyond her skill, her entire team is exceptional-attentive, caring, and genuinely down to earth. From the first consultation through recovery, I felt listened to, supported, and completely at ease. I am so grateful for this experience and would recommend her without hesitation. It is truly one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Chang and her amazing team! I actually traveled across the country to see her, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had a lower face and neck lift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser resurfacing — and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. Chang is an incredible talent. I had an early intervention facelift, neck lift and custom chin implant with her. I was trepidatious about doing this at a relatively young age, but now I’m so glad I did. I look natural, finessed and refreshed without looking “done” in any way. The recovery was a breeze. Her staff is kind and prompt. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural, carefully considered result.

Dr. Chang performed a lower face and neck lift, brow lift, upper bleph, facial fat transfer and CO2 in June of 2025. I'm 6 weeks post op and couldn't be happier with my results. After researching and having at least 5 consultations with other surgeons, l was just never ready to commit. I met with Dr. Chang in May, and when she had a cancellation in mid June I jumped at the chance. What happens post-op in regards to care and recovery is also critical to maximizing her skill in the OR. Her techniques are such that I had very minimal bruising and swelling. The incisions/scars are already almost undetectable. Her team is also top notch...from scheduling, to questions-their availability to reassure me along the recovery process was so amazing. I never felt like I was alone, or I had to wait until Monday. Chances are it will take some time to get on her schedule for a consult, but trust me, Dr. Chang is worth the wait.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Chang and her entire team. I had a rhinoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, fat transfer to my under eyes, the Bijoux lift, and a CO2 laser — and from start to finish, the process was absolutely seamless. Although I live out of the area, we were able to do virtual consultations, which made everything incredibly convenient. I did meet with Dr. Chang in person the day before surgery to finalize the plan, and I felt completely confident going into the procedure. Yvette, the care coordinator, was incredible — she worked around my availability so that I could have everything done in time for a special event. The aftercare team Dr, Chang uses was incredible. They made sure transportation and support were taken care of, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Dr. Chang was warm, gentle, and truly listened to my concerns. She gave honest feedback and recommended what would be best for me, not just what I wanted to hear. She was also… extremely responsive throughout the process. Most importantly, I’m so pleased with my results — they look very natural, but gave me exactly the refresh I was hoping for. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with any cosmetic procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and her team — they exceeded all my expectations.

I had an upper and lower bleph, lateral brow lift and a cyst removed from my face with Dr. Chang. I had been wanting to do an eye refresh for years but was honestly too scared until I met Dr. Chang. After meeting with several plastic surgeons I chose Dr Chang because she never made me feel rushed during the initial consultation and she took time to answer all of my questions. I liked her calm demeanor and confidence which shines through when you meet her. I felt completely prepared for my surgery with my pre op consultations with her office staff and with Dr. Chang. Having the opportunity to discuss the procedure again definitely reduces any stress moving forward. After the surgery I also felt completely supported by Dr Chang and her staff with any questions I had during the healing process. Above all, I am EXTREMELY happy with my results. Dr Chang made me look 15 years younger with a lower face lift. I have no visible scars and the result was completely natural looking. I am now frequently getting compliments on my youthful appearance.

Dr. Chang is a highly gifted surgeon, very kind, humble and approachable. She performed a revision facelift (I had premature sagging) and CO2 laser on entire face. I am very happy and pleased with the outcome and so glad I did the laser as well. Her skills, attention to details and entire care are exceptional and the results are beautiful and natural. I felt almost as if I was treated by a sister, gentle and lovingly. Bruising and swelling were mild and after only one week I felt very comfortable going out for coffee. Dr. Chang‘s pre op and after care instructions are quite detailed and following them makes a big difference for a speedy recovery. Dr. Chang‘s entire team is likewise very supporting, reassuring, caring and highly professional. Any patient being treated by Dr. Chang and her team, can consider themselves very very lucky.
