Extremely helpful, considerate, and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Cathy for 16 years now. I have pure confidence in her and her group and staff. I have never had to wait long nor have I ever had any problems with the staff. She's always interested in what I have to say and alert to any changes. I put my life in her hands.

I am looking for a family practice. And I read the reviews. I am in customer service and you can only survive the industry if you provide and acknowledge the fact that the patients pay your paycheck. So treat them well don’t fire them because you don’t like when they complain or have a concern. Very un professional so I will continue looking but not here. REMEMBER ONE THING. YOU ONLY GET PAID BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE THAT GOES THERE. They Pay Your salary.

I am a 62 yo male whom was assigned to a nurse practitioner whom I thought was a decent person never had a bad word with here Sabrina baker till one day I had called on on a few occasions because her assistant Gloria either never prescribed it or she did it wrong so I must have aggravated her by calling them I called again and asked her to change my cholesterol meds and Gloria told me Sabrina would not because she tried 2 others and I couldn tolerate it so she tells me to go see a heart doctor at this point I was not happy I contacted the heart doctor they tell me that’s ur primary s job to prescribe different meds there are plenty of different ones the practitioner Gloria said the doctor Sabrina was afraid to try me on something else so now I am thinking what kind of practitioner would would not try something else I find that very unprofessional so the next day I get a letter in the mail saying I am discharged from the practice for reasons being some lady Bonnie said she talked with… Sabrina and Sabrina had told her she has had problems with me in the past I have only seen Sabrina Maby 10 times and never had a bad word with her and if she felt things were not working out why wouldn’t she tell me herself instead of behind her practitioner Gloria who fabricated a few things that I never said on the phone so I see how fast they are to stick together even if they are wrong so as far as I see it this group may be good but not Sabrina baker or her assistant Gloria they need to be up front and and not hide behind the private practice they make cooper family medical look very bad seems like Bonnie whom sent the letter did not want to hear a thing or even speak to me I wish I had a chance to talk to the cooper s about this matter these 3 people really need to be addressed I am a very good person they made me out to be an evil person and that’s wrong just because they are a private practice it’s good but if they don’t like you now I will post this everywhere so all can see this and how professional this practitioner and her nurse was google Facebook doctors news letters anywhere someone can see it my opinion counts

She's very down to earth and makes conversation easy. I'm always relaxed and feel safe in what she says and does. She's very thorough and straight forward and always has a smile for you.

This office doesn't care one bit about customer service. They will not admit when they have made an error.

I was rx'd a mail order rx that was the incorrect medication resulting in a $137.00 charge to me vs $3.00. The pharmacy refused to take the medication back so I asked for a refund from Cooper Family Medical. It was finally agreed upon to give me the refund as it was their mistake, but then I was discharged from their practice.
