Dr. Catherine Virginia Davis

Dr. Davis is a genuinely caring and thorough doctor. She never makes me feel rushed and always addresses my concerns. She always follows through. I have been with her for approx. 10 years and have every confidence in her.

Dr. Davis was very attentive to my medical needs. I'm new to SR and she was very interested in getting up to speed with my medical needs. She was not just interested in prescribing medication and getting me out of the office. Spent a good amount of time with me on my first visit. Office staff was just ok.

Dr. Davis has a great bedside manner - she is personable and smart, and takes lots of time, and is professional. She introduced new information for my condition and a new medicine which was very helpful. I am very comfortable with her and grateful for her willingness to prescribe the right medications

I've seen Dr. Davis for at least 12 years now, she has always shown concern for me as a patient, I look forward to our visits, she takes a personal interest in me. I can't say enough about her care as a doctor!

After waiting 50 minutes beyond my appointment, Dr. Davis told me the only med for my problem was one I was allergic to. She chastised me for the poor condition of her computerized med list for me. I brought in a new med list to the appt. The staff 'lost' that and my history sheet. Her asst didn't know where they were and would not get up to look. Dr. Davis told me there was only that one med available. She acted like it was my fault. I talked to two pharmacists about the OTC treatment she suggested. Both said they had never heard of it and did not stock it. One said there are many meds available to treat my condition. I can't explain her worthless and bizarre behavior with any word but incompetent. The staff was incredibly inept and lazy. I am never going back there. The only good thing I can say is that it was easy to get an appointment.

Good at diagnosis, less good at managing a disease and a bit slow to suggest a specialist.
