Dr. Catherine A Fermelia

This office seemed nice at first. The more visits I had there was always a new person either in the front or back. It seems lately as if the staff is stressed out. The front desk girl Shereece was always a big help she knew my insurance and could answer any question i had and now she's gone. I called and asked for her and the response I got was she walked out. I was shocked to hear that and the way it was expressed by the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Makes me question all the employees I have seen and why no one wants to stay there. I am looking for a new dentist and have no reason to go back there. After the rude comments made so freely of another employee makes me wonder about the integrity of the doctor and her staff, or if she evens pays attention to what's being delivered over the phone. Very disappointed that a simple comment can ruin it for someone. Maybe some etiquette lessons would be good. They say first impressions are lasting ones. I think all impressions are… lasting, I have friends and family that also go to this office and I have already contacted them and some will also be looking for a new provider.

I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Fermilia. My procedure was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I have never had a better experience at a dental office. I get very nervous whenever I have dental problems but I now actually look forward to my visits.

I have recommended Dr. Fermelia to several family members who have also been quite satisfied. I would not hesitate to refer anyone I know to her. t's a pleasure to deal with her staff too.
