Dr. Catherine Alice Mari Gazzaniga, MD

I was a first time mother and she was wonderful; answered all my questions, very caring, honest, easy to talk to and make an appointment with. I would purposefully go back to OU to have her as my doctor again!

I have already recommended Dr. Gazzaniga to several friends. I think that most doctors are either competent OR kind. I think that Dr. Gazzaniga is very competent and thoughtful without being cold.

Dr. Gazzaniga was not truthful with me about my diagnosis or the after effects of the surgery. She stood by my bedside after surgery and bragged on herself what a great job she did when she castrated me. It made me sick at how she bragged on herself. I wish I had never met her or let her operate on me.

I love Dr. Gazzaniga she was amazing at the birth of my daughter. I would recomend her to anyone.

while looking for a doctor who would perform a VBAC in my state, I was referred to Dr. Gazzaniga. Even when my pregnancy was causing difficulties, she continued to give me the option to wait and try a vaginal birth. When it didn't work out, she came to check on me (with her kids) on her day off. She was awesome, very personable and informative. I like being treated as an intelligent person capable of making informed choices. SHe would let me know her opinion along the way, but still let me make the decisions.

Let me preempt this report with the fact that I am an RN I came to Dr. Gazzaniga via referral. I was confused and concerned with my current gynecological condition. I found Dr. Gazzaniga to be very patient to answer questions, seek additional advice from other physicians regarding treatment of my condition and open to try various options prior to recommending a hysterectomy. The day of my surgery, I was very nervous and scared and she was very caring and actually stood by my bedside in the OR and held my hand until I went to sleep. The OR staff was faithful to call my husband several times during the surgery to give report as to my status and the progress of the surgery. Dr. Gazzaniga came to my room after my surgery for more reassurance of how the surgery went. She called me with the pathology report on the day she said she would and has been faithful to follow up as needed. I would recommend Dr. Gazzaniga for all you GYN needs and or concerns.

I absolutely love the professionalism I receive when I go for my annual. She gets on a personal level with her patients to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I would defniately rate her a 10 out of 10 hands down!
