Terrible bedside manner. Sure she may be knowledgable? Left no room for any questions or concern.

Beyond a doubt one of the most unreliable doctors I have ever seen. Over the course of 2 visits, the below is my experience: 1.) Terrible bedside manner: did not introduce herself when she walked in, just told me I'm not getting an ultrasound and "why did you think you were getting one anyway". Awkward start to say the least. 2.) My husband was having a moment listening to our babies heartbeat for the first time and he didn't hear her question so she stopped the doppler and asked "CAN YOU HEAR ME". Moment ruined. 3.) My husband and I took off work for our 12 week ultrasound and when we arrived at 10am we were told she "ordered it, but it seems it was never scheduled". They made us wait until 4pm to get seen for the US. 6 HOURS in the clinic because of their misstep. 4.) I asked her how I should treat me anemia. Her response? "It depends". Me "well you have all my bloodwork, so what's the answer?" Her saying maybe an iron supplement??? I was like, how much? Her, "it varies". Dude.… You are the DOCTOR. How don't you know??? Found out a month later she wrote me a prescription for an iron supplement, but never told me. 5.) I had a swab taken to make sure I didn't have a BV or yeast infection and after 3 weeks of never getting results back, I reached out. Turns out the lab never got the swab! It also took 3 weeks for her to call me back from the time of my initial message to her staff. Unreliable and unprofessional. STEER CLEAR.

Very dissatisfied. Came in seeking help for a chronic condition impacting my sex life. Dr. Was late and had me waiting over 30 minutes. Was told I could have my partner with me. Dr. Asked him to leave- I understand if this is her protocol but it was done in a very rude and inconsiderate way. Dr. Ordered an std test based simply on my “age”— there was no need for it whatsoever as I had recently been tested and that was not why I was being seen. Dr. Did not listen when I explained my medical history and the issue I suffered, which resulted in the doctor having to insert speculum multiple separate times for what could have easily been done all at once- something that is especially painful given my condition. Dr. Was typing and doing something on computer for the first part of our meeting while I spoke— Obviously not taking notes on what I was saying, because she missed nearly everything I said. I could physically feel a mass on my ovary. Dr. Did not detect it. Had an ultrasound. Was told… to expect results next day. Had to call for my results almost a week later. Results showed the mass that I felt . dr. Never called to follow up or explain any of the results. Had to have them explained to me by primary care physician. Would not recommend-especially not to any young people. will not be seeing again.
