I feel abandoned by this Dr I had big problems with a medication that she prescribed when called the office for help was told she was too busy too deal that day but wasn’t offered an appointment for any day was told too go too an emergency room for help they didn’t care called other Cleveland Clinic ophthalmology departments for other Cleveland Clinics ophthalmology they took me on emergency somewhere else thanks too Medina s Department of Ophthalmology for Cleveland Clinic Thank you too all of you for your help and caring more then my Dr Medina said no one in an emergency department was going too be able too understand what was wrong because of this medication I lost lots of confidence that this Dr cares at all when something goes wrong in my care

I came to Dr. Hwang with a large hole in the middle of my face due to an excised skin cancer. She sewed me up so skillfully that now it looks completely normal. Her bedside manner is upbeat, cheerful and sweet.

I highly recommend Dr Hwang. She did an excellent job with both upper and lower eyelids. Moreover, she was always available, answered questions day or night. Her manner was sweet, professional, accurate, and caring.

Dr.Hwang is amazing. She was able to remove my orbital tumor, which was quite large, without leaving a scar. She is a very gifted surgeon and I highly recommend her. Her kindness and great knowledge gave me much comfort when I needed it most.

Dr. Hwang really cares about her patients and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her!
