"I had driven 3 hours away and was scheduled at 9:45 I thought my appointment was at 10 it was not… I had trouble finding the entrance due to construction in the area and not being local, when I went to check in I was originally told my app had been cancelled … great, I had driven three hours away for nothing, but after they looked at where I drove from they saw me anyway… then when she asked for my ID, I didn’t have it- our bathroom is currently being renovated due to mold and I was able to take a proper shower yesterday THANK GOODNESS well I left my wallet laying in the linen closet because I was so exhausted … if one more thing went wrong this week I probably would have had a nervous breakdown right in the waiting room…
