All the staff were very nice. Dr. Katz was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I highly recommend him.

Dr Katz is great . His bedside manner is impeccable, along with being able to explain clearly what is going on with my eyes. He is thorough in his exam , along with his clinical staff. I highly recommend him as I have full confidence in his expertise.

Dr. Katz is the best neuro-Opthalmologist who is so knowledgeable, great listener and gives me all the time answering all my questions. Dr. Katz has taken good care of my eyes and I look forward to seeing him yearly!

Columbus is very fortunate to have an Ophthalmologist / Neurologist specialist. Dr. Katz is very personable and sensitive to his patients as many of them have lost or are in the process of losing some vision due to many causes.

This was my third visit to Dr. Katz in two years. It’s a 75-mile drive to his office, but I feel the effort well worth it. My eyes agree.

Central Ohio is very fortunate to have this degree of specialization: Ophthalmology and Neurology. In the MidWest there are not many Doctors with this double specialization. This doctor is helping people who have vision loss from trauma or brain/stroke loss. He has to cover a large area of specialty referral. Dr Katz has a wonderful communication with his patients. We need to keep specialists in Ophthalmology/Neurology here in central Ohio. Please realize the value of the qualifications of this exceptional doctor.

Staff was rude and completely unprofessional! We were the only ones there. They were being mean to my Aide who is Ethiopian and myself who’s Disabled. Just by asking one simple question, when will we be seen after being ignored for 20 minutes due to them being at lunch. They told us it is a 1-3 hour wait, then we can either accept this or not be seen. Apparently they made my appointment during their lunchtime. They have no respect for the patients time nor for the patients’ entirely! The receptionist has a bad attitude being threatening yelling for us to read signs. The office manager was okay with this Behavior and the technician guy came out and asked us, do you want to argue or be seen? We were just standing there stunned as neither of us were prepared to advocate for our safety and not get respect but, sarcasm! Dr. Katz was professional but, not interested in the treatment of his patients from his staff. Apparently, this is normal. We will not be returning, this is not a safe… environment!
