The process Dr Pendergast provides is very efficient he monitors my condition closely to determine the progress of my eye. This enables him to know when I need to have my next appointment. With each appointment my eye is checked first before the injection. The period of waiting The numbing process is relatively short he then injects my eye and shortly thereafter I’m ready to be driven home. The entire process from beginning to end takes about 20 minutes or so. I’m very satisfied with Dr Pendergast!

Dr. Pendergrass, Dr. Lewis and The entire staff at the Cleveland Retina Specialists have been awesome. Once the VA put a referral into the Youngstown office for the hole in my retina, the practice expedited my surgery.

The entire staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. Dr. Pendergast is very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I like his directness and explanations that is understandable to the average person. I would highly recommend the Retina Associates.

Dr. Pendergast’s office is efficient, welcoming, and thorough. Everyone answers questions or finds someone who can. Dr. Pendergast is efficient and my outcome from my surgery is successful. He tends to speak quickly and not add a lot of details unless pressed however his demeanor is always open and professional. I did take a couple questions outside of the office because I didn’t get the depth I was looking for. I may have not known which question to ask. While he seems rushed and answers quickly, he does answer politely and professionally.

Dr Pendergast is a wonderful doctor very patient and compassionate and has no problem taking the time to explain everything.
