Dr. Platt I feel very comfortable when we discuss the problem with my eyes. He makes you feel more like a friend than a patient.

In and out within an hour. I’ve been seeing Dr Platt since October of 2018. He’s personable, up front with the facts and had tried everything to get me back to full vision including referrals to other doctors with other specialties. We still have hope. I wouldn’t want another ophthalmologist.

Dr. Platt and I have a six year relationship beginning in 2019. He and his supporting staff have consistently displayed nothing but professional knowledge and behavior. He has performed surgery on my right eye with great success repairing what I felt was nothing short of miraculous. I am very grateful for his skills. In addition to his surgical skills he is my RP Doctor keeping my vision functional as I enter my golden years. Big shout out to the whole team in his Middleburg Heights location for making my visits a pleasant event in spite of always having to get dilated ! If you are in the hunt for an Opthalmologist Dr Platt is my recommendation.

My 5 star rating is based on Dr Platt and the other staff. Dr Platt listens, he explains well, and is very easy on the eyes if ya know what I mean. ;) He's a get to the point type of guy which I like. All the other staff are pleasant to be around and also very informative. The woman at the front desk have excellent personalities. There is just one big problem...........the wait was three hours!
