Michael Snyder, MD

Michael Snyder MD is the most egocentric person I’ve ever met. He “sold” me with great out-of-pocket expense, a faulty multifocal lens. Revision would be both a dangerous and very expensive procedure. I can only hope he leaves the profession.

Thank you CEI for having Dr. Michael Snyder. He did a wonderful job on my eye surgery of split iris repair. I want to thank his staff, Beth, Rachel and his nurses but especially Dr Snyder and his expertise. I feel so grateful live only 3 hours away and I can see things I have never been able to see before in my 70 years.

Dr. Snyder took my case after another Ophthalmologist inserted the wrong prescription lens in my right eye during cataract procedure. It appears removing/replacing the incorrect lens is more delicate than the cataract procedure. Dr. Snyder and his staff treated me and my wife with great personal and professional care, providing me with excellent vision in my right eye, correcting the error of the original doctor. Plus, Dr. Snyder followed up with cataract procedure on my left eye, with the same result in performance of vision. I am thoroughly please and have recommended Dr. Snyder to several of my friends for their treatments.

Superb patience, knowledge and training completely negated any apprehension about cataract surgery.

My treatment experience at the Cincinnati Eye Institute was excellent. Dr Michael Snyder is a true star! He is one of a kind in his field globally and was highly recommended to me by outstanding ophthalmologists in the US and beyond. I came all the way from Europe to be examined especially by himself and I am very grateful I did so. Not only were he and his team fantastic in treating patients with great kindness but also, and more importantly, they were absolutely prifessional in all respects. Dr Snyder carefully looked to my case (with a rare and complicated history of trauma) and in a single day he solved the problem that more than ten top doctors I had previously consulted had not managed to do anything about. His operation on my eye was totally successful; the cause of inflammation went away and my vision is now recovered to the full. I am thankful beyond words. Cincinnati Eye Institute as a whole is an outstanding eye care centre and very lucky to have Dr Snyder as chief… practitioner. Many kudos to Dr Snyder and his team!

Undoubtedly the rudest and most arrogant medical professional I have ever met. I will never see him again. When the appointment was made, there wasnt advisement, but here is what the sigh says in his waiting room "......YOUR EXPECTED WAIT TIME IS 4-6 HOURS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALLOTTED FOR THIS TIME.

He did 1 of my cataract surgeries and I was very unhappy w his arrogant nature. He scratched my cornea during the process causing me pain. Terrible bedside manner. Sorry I ever met him. I had someone else do the second surgery and was very happy. Just saying!

Dr. Snyder was very Professional throughout his evaluation of the damage of my Right Iris. He took careful measurments for the repacement and explained the procedure he intends to use and the proposed outcomes he expects during my clinical trial period. He discovered a problem in my left eye and completed a provedure to correct it quickly. I'm very optimistic and believe he will complete all tasks to correct my damaged eye to the best of his ability.
