Did both my cataracts. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. Gets to the heart of the matter. Knows what he is doing. Staff is great as well.

I just experienced a really terrible appointment and my only recourse is to make this statement. I'm am beyond frustrated with this practice. I realize they are new to the Cleveland Clinic, but they have a long way to go before they are "Clinic Ready". I can assure you I would never speak to a patient in the way I was spoken to, unless I was looking to get fired. Maybe they have not attended the Cleveland Clinic Experience yet?

Dr. Wagenberg and his staff are personable, pleasant and professional in all respects. One cannot ask fro a better experience.

My experience was completely unexpected. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a kind carring receptionist and the experience just got better as the appointment went on. Callie was the tech who did all the tests and I felt like I have known her for years she was so easy to talk to and she listened. Then I met Dr Scott and was blown away by the time he took to explain my problem and how it could be corrected. He answered all my questions and I had a list. When he Introduced me to Peggy the one who schedules the surgerys I told her I wanted to quit my job and work there. Everyone was helpfull with a smile. It was a positive experience. I walked in sad because of my deteriorating eye sight and left smiling and anxious to have the surgery.....THANK YOU SO MUCH
