Dr. Catherine Craver Kapoor, MD

if I could give Dr. Kapoor 0 stars I would. She is rude and does not care enough to listen to family members observations of a patient and she is also very disrespectful and lazy, not wanting to do anything to actually check any motor functions or any other obvious issues. She just dismissed them and says the patient seems fine or is ok. I’m very disappointed in the care my grandmother received and I hope she improves her care but we will not be returning. I would suggest trying a different neurologist. Dr. Kapoor seems to really not care about her patients.

Dr. Kapoor needs to listen to her patients. When a patient is not following/understanding the doctor's remarks then Dr. Kapoor needs to slow down, reword, or take a different approach to the subject. Dr. Kapoor does none of these and the patient is lost in the one-sided conversation.

This doctor is never on time. I sat in an uncomfortable chair for an hour and a half and then had to use the restroom that reeked if urin. I asked the girls at the desk if I was going to be seen soon and told “yah your next” she just took back her other patient. Do what does that mean another hour and a half wait? No! Don’t waste your time this doctor is always late, treats you like a child when explaining MRI’s and can’t even brush her own hair.

I have been going to her for about 12 years or so and she is excellent very friendly and thorough.

This doctor is very, very thorough, and gathers all the information before your visit. She has a great bedside manner, and both my husband and me see this wonderful neurologist.

Dr. had Henna tattoo on palm of hand and insisted in shaking hands, she had a bad body odor and did absolutely nothing for me as far as memory, dizzyness or short term memory. Sent me to a hearing doctor. I will NEVER go to that office again!!

My experience with this office was very unsatisfying. I am 23 year old who has been recently diagnosed with MS. I first started feeling symptoms so I found the closest office to me and made an appointment. My first appointments were with Dr. Rama. She was a very sweet doctor but there was a huge language barrier between us because of this I asked to switch doctors (being so young and confused as it was I needed somebody who I could communicate with better) when I made this made request I was told I couldn't switch doctors. After struggling with the office the granted my request and my new doctor was Ms. Kapoor. I received her notes after my appointment and in them she had mentioned we spoke about optic neuritis. This is not true. We had never even mentioned the idea. It had been a couple months since my diagnosis and I had a list of questions/concerns to ask her so I made a follow up appointment set for 2:30. I came early and waited for 45 minutes. it is now 3:15 and she calls another… patient in before me without any acknowledgment that I was there. When I spoke to the office to let them know how I felt they were not sincere or apologetic. Her response was "ok". All in all I am disgusted with this office and will never go back!
