I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Catherine Lucero as my physician. She is a wonderful listener who truly takes the time to understand my concerns, and she explains everything in a way that is clear and easy to follow. It is evident that she approaches her work with genuine care and compassion. I always leave my appointments feeling heard and well-cared for.

I've been living with AIH for 17 years and have experienced the ups and downs of this condition. Dr Lucero understands this and listens to my concerns and my personal experiences over the years. We approach treatment as a team with a common enemy. Dr Lucero also reviews recent entries on my chart from other providers, even when not directly involved with our treatment plan for AIH. I would recommend her to anybody who is seeking a hematologist.

Dr Lucero is increible on all levels. Dr L is compassionate, pays attention to details, is extremely efficient in her care and has helped both my daughter and myself with relatively serious health issues.
