Dr. Catherine Bridget Mccormick

I was a patient of Dr. McCormick. I had a question for her and wrote a message through the MyChart app. I received a response from an office employee. I called the office and let them know I received a generic message but that I’d like to speak with Dr. McCormick about a medication I’m taking. Instead of Dr. McCormick returning my call, I received another generic message through the MyChart app, from the office staff again instructing me to make an appointment. If I only have a simple question for the Dr. about a medication I need prescribed, and had just seen Dr. McCormick 4 months prior and spoke with her in detail about the medication, I couldn’t believe the office brushed me off and the Dr. is OK with it. It shows me they only want to collect co-pays and charge insurance companies for unnecessary visits for a simple question about a prescription refill. Don’t go to this office. Go to a Dr. who cares enough about her patients to return a phone call. It’s truly disheartening to be… treated this way by a physician who took an oath to care for their patients.
