Summary
Dr. Ramsay specializes in the treatment of Skin Cancers, Acne, Rosacea, Rashes and Hair Loss; as well as anti-aging treatments like Botox & Filler! After being in private practice for 10 years she joined the Northern California Permanente Medical Group from which she recently retired early to live full time with her husband and their dog in Sun Valley, Idaho. Hobbies include skiing, tennis, bicycling, cooking, reading, travel, painting, and piano lessons; as well as studying French and Spanish. She is enjoying serving patients in the Wood River Valley.
Undergrad and Graduate Education
After graduating cum laude with a psychology major from Pomona College, she received her master’s degree in Communicative Disorders from Northwestern University. She then worked as a Speech Pathologist before returning to school to complete premedical courses. She completed her medical school, internship, and dermatology residency at the University of California, San Francisco where she …also served as Chief resident in Dermatology. Honors include membership in Phi Beta Kappa and the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and past President of the Pacific Dermatologic Association.
We are a Cosmetic, Medical, Surgical Dermatology Direct Pay Practice.
Direct care is a model of healthcare in which patients pay their physician directly for their medical care. The physician does not bill the insurance company. I have based costs on Blue Cross reimbursement amounts which were rounded up. Fees will be available on this website and in the office.
