Left a huge scare on my face for a small procedure of cyst removal

Tina was extremely rude when I called to apologize for a missed appointment with a nurse practitioner (not even the Dr!) and attempted to reschedule. She rescheduled me over a month out and sneered that this was a cancellation - otherwise it would have bben even longer. Of course, when I was scheduled for a procedure that was then determined unnecessary upon arrival, I was still charged over $100 for the visit to have them send me away....the Dr. is OK; Tina should go away.

Dr . Matt helped me through a bad time in my life with my skin problems. He’s the best guy and so caring and giving. His staff is super and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes. He gave me his cell number and did my laser treatments pro bono. He Rocks!

This review is for when Dr Reeck was a physician in Bloomington, Indiana. I was sad to see him go & hoping he was still in the area. I dragged my husband in to get some moles checked & it was obvious he didn't want to be there. Dr Reeck was patient & kind stating "You are lucky someone cares enough to bring you here." My husband grew to trust him & we both wish he was still here. If his new office has nicer staff & less wait time so much the better. Even if they don't you should tough it out for quality care.

I had a problem and was due to leave the country so needed to see someone quickly. I had never seen him before, but he understood my concern because of my recent cancer diagnosis (not skin related). He eased my fears and even gave me his personal cell number in case I needed to contact him while I was out of the country. Not many Dr.s would do that.

i really liked dr. reeck. he treated me very nice.i am still seeing him often. with my skin disease.i dont know what i would do without him.

Waited forever, doctor seemed preoccupied, barely looked at me, let alone address my concerns. Left extremely disappointed and frustrated. Never again. Find a new doctor.

Dr. Reeck is very knowledgeable and direct. I definetly trust his opinion and he cares about his patients. I am very impressed with him and rate him excellent!
