Katie Sayles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create a fulfilling life worth living. She will create a tailored, person-centered treatment plan to assist individuals, couples, and families dealing with interpersonal difficulties, depression, anxiety, and any major life changes. She has worked with people grieving loss as well as caregivers for 10 years. This, along with experience in the mental health field, allows her to provide support to meet the client's needs. Katie completed her Master of Social Work at the University of South Carolina. Katie utilizes CBT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, DBT, to tailor to create the client's specific treatment plan.
