Dr. Catherine Robichaux Stallworth, MD

Dr. Catherine Stallworth grew up in South Louisiana. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1990, and completed her training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, also at Baylor, in 1994. In 2009, she completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Stallworth is the President of the Nashville Academy of Medicine and Medical Director of the Life Therapies Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Baptist Hospital. She is passionate about helping restore her patients to maximum vitality, empowering them to take charge of their lives through preventive care and self-directed efforts to move beyond complacency and into wellness. Her work ranges from helping people with sports related injuries to complex medical illnesses. She has a keen interest in nutrition and weight loss. As a registered yoga teacher, she weaves Eastern practices such as yoga and meditation into her traditional Western medical approach to health and wellness.
