Cathleen McCabe may be a great doctor but does not have common manners. Just had an appointment and had to wait 3 hours for her to see me. She entered without the slightest apology. Other people before me were complaining about the same thing. When I spoke to the staff at 2/12 hours how much longer I was informed that it could be as much as 3 hours because that is what other people wait. She may be good but you do not book people to wait two to 3 hours on a regular basis as if we are commoners.

My fist visit to The Eye Associates, and my first consultation with Dr. Cathleen McCabe. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience. Competent and amicable staff, and Dr. McCabe could not have been better. Took her time to to thoroughly explain to me everything relevant to my upcoming cataract surgery. I found her compassionate and extraordinarily competent. The best of the best!

Put me at ease during surgery and explained everything as she went along. The staff was very caring in preop.

I saw her for my cataracts and all they tried to do is get me to pay out of pocket expenses for a lens I cannot afford. She should listen to what the patient wants.

Dr. McCabe is a fabulous doctor and human being. I had concerns after my surgery about medication usage and was able to speak to her on the phone on the weekend. Despite being out of the office, she sounded happy to speak with me and helped me feel more comfortable during my recovery. Too bad my vision is perfect now or I would be going back!

She was so rude to her staff and was a typical entitled doctor.

Dr McCabe is a caring physcian who shows a professional attitude toward patient care as well as genuine interest in the outcome of her surgery. I am very happy with my restore lenses and would reccomend her as a surgeon to my friends and family
