Dr. Mercandetti did an outstanding surgery removing a growth from my lacrimal sac. He spent considerable time explaining the diagnosis and procedure and used models and diagrams to illustrate the explanation. He followed up by telephone twice after surgery and took the time to make sure I was recovering well. Remarkably, an approximately one inch incision just below my eye was done in a way that there is absolutely no scar showing! Office staff is courteous and professional and the office is very pleasant. Highly recommend him!

after surgery my eyes are very asymmetrical, abnormally, and looks unpleasant. Personalities of the doctor and staff is good. But work is terrible. On the one eyelid I have very ugly scar, its looks like a piece of rope under the skin. In two places of this scar going dirt. I can remove this dirt only using tweezers. After surgery, before going home, I needed to change clothes. The nurse sent me to change into the toilet. At that time my eyelids are still bleed and dig blood to the floor. This is attitude to the patient in this office.

Dr Mercandetti goes above and beyond to help his patients, He takes the time to explain the problems that you are having with your eyes and he has to get the problem under control. He explains whey he can't do surgery until the problem is solved. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is just as helpful and well trained in there profession.

The negative reviews here are from blatant trolls as there is no way this amazing doctor could possibly deserve a 1 star review, not a chance. Myself, my family and my closest friends see Dr. Mercandetti and we can all say that without the shadow of a doubt, he is the best in his field.
