Excellent with child and getting him to cooperate and being able to diagnose and identify problems. My son really liked her (rare, as he is scared of strangers) and she made an impression on me with her kind patient nature. However, her staff never sent her findings to his neurologist who referred us to her, or to our pediatrician. As he got older and different problems came in evident, we tried to make another appointment with her but were unable to find any records with either of his other two doctors. When we finally located her, her staff refused to make an appointment for him for six months because they felt he was a "new" patient even though they had all the records of his previous visit. Revolting behavior, considering he is at a crutial developmental time and waiting further will only hurt him. The doctor is lovely if you can get past the trolls that guard her office. They even hung up on me while I was on hold and brought me to tears with their condesention and misinformation.

Dr Roberts and staff have a handy trick to charge their patients double by adding a extended office fee that they fail to tell patients about.
